Most partners use one move with their hands. There are dozens. And most men have never heard of the deeper spot that changes everything.

This episode is a complete guide — how to prep your hands so she actually wants them on her body, the five named techniques that produce completely different sensations, the two internal spots most partners don't know exist, and the combination move that gives her something she literally cannot give herself.

What you'll learn:

✔ Why prepping your hands is foreplay (and most men skip it)

✔ How to build her response before you ever go where she wants you

✔ My top 5 techniques by name — circling, figure 8, broadening, cupping, the Hail Mary

✔ The two internal spots and what each one responds to

✔ The combination that gives her something no toy and no other body part can

✔ The finishing rule — and when to throw it out because she told you to

Welcome And The New Name

SPEAKER_00

Do the sex. I'm Annette Benedetti, host of the podcast formerly known as Locker Room Talk and Shots. The show has a new name, Talk Sex with Annette. But at its core, this is still your locker room. It's where we strip away shame, get curious, and speak the unspoken about sex, kink dating, pleasure, and desire. Around here, nothing's off limits. These are the kinds of conversations we save for our boldest group chat, our most trusted friends, and of course, the women's locker room. Think raw, honest, and sometimes unapologetically raunchy. Welcome to my podcast where desire meets disruption and pleasure becomes power. Let's talk about sex. Cheers. Today's Talk Sex with a net topic is how to make her come with your hands and nothing else. Most partners have no idea what their hands are capable of. You've got 10 fingers, two palms, and every single nerve ending she needs to finish harder than she does during penetration. And almost nobody taught you what to do with them. Here's the problem. Most partners default to one move, a single finger rubbing her in the same way at the same speed, in the same spot every time, and they wonder why she guides her hand away or reaches for a toy. Your hands are the most versatile tool you own in bed. They can do things a toy

can't, adjust pressure on the fly, feel her body respond in real time, use two different techniques at the same time in two different places. No vibrator does that. No penis does that. Your hands do. Today I'm breaking down five moves that turn your hands into the thing she reaches for. How to prep them so she actually wants them on her body, specific techniques most men have never heard of, how to find and stimulate the two internal spots that produce sensations she may never have had, and how to put it all together so you can give her something she literally cannot give herself. I've got full techniques and demos on my OnlyFans. I'll let you know where to find them as I go. But before we dive in, I want to remind you that I am over on OnlyFans, and there I'm sharing my audio guided self-pleasure, techniques, my demos, and so much more. I'm also on Substack doing a lot of the same. You can find me in both places on the handle at TalkSex within it. You can also scroll down to the notes below, and you're gonna find links to everywhere you want to join me. I can't wait to see you there. But for now, let's dive in. Here's something most partners don't realize. When researchers study how women experience pleasure most reliably, it's not penetration, it's not oral, it's direct clitoral stimulation. And the most common way women give themselves that stimulation is with their own hands. She already knows her hands work. The question is whether yours do. And here's why they might not yet. The clitoris has over 8,000 nerve endings packed into structures smaller than a pencil eraser. That's more nerve density per square millimeter than anywhere else on the human body, which means the difference between that feels incredible and that

Why Clitoral Touch Works

SPEAKER_00

feels like nothing is literally a millimeter of pressure, a fraction of speed change, or one finger position shift. The reality is most men are operating with one move in a space that has at least five distinct techniques that produce completely different sensations. You are playing one note on a piano that has an entire octave available. That's what this episode fixes. Five moves starting with the one every man needs to hear first. Move number one is washing your hands is foreplay. We're talking about the price of entry. If your hands aren't ready, nothing else in this episode matters. The tissue you're about to touch responds to pressure measured in grams. If your hands are rough, dry, or sharp, she's not feeling pleasure, she's feeling sandpaper, and she may not tell you she'll just stop wanting your hands there. Trim your nails, not just short, smooth. Run the pad of your finger over every edge, any catch, any snag, violet. A rough nail edge can cause micro tears and delicate tissue that she'll feel

Wash Nails Lube The Setup

SPEAKER_00

for days. This is the price of intrigue. If you lift, play guitar, do manual work, deal with your calluses, use a pumice stone or hand cream. This is you making your hands something she wants on her body instead of something she tolerates. Wash your hands right before you touch her. Not an hour ago, right before. She can feel the difference. Washing your hands before you touch her is for a play. And if your hands are especially rough, or they have cracked skin or healing cuts, a thin glove with lube is smoother than any skin and it protects both of you. Some women actually prefer the feeling. Now, lube, lube is non-negotiable. Even if she's wet at lube before you make contact, make sure it's pH balanced, glycerin-free, and doesn't get tacky, and that it's safe with toys and condoms. I'll be providing you with a full list of my favorites in a guide on my website at talkssexwithanet.com. Dry fingers on sensitive tissues is one of the most common complaints I hear from women. One drop of loop changes friction to glide. Glide is what her nerve endings respond to. So now your hands are ready. Let's use them. Move number two is make her want your hands there before you give it to her. We're talking about priming the pump. The clitoris engorges with blood the same way the penis does. It needs time. Go straight for it, and two things happen. Not enough blood flows there yet, so she feels pressure, but not pleasure. And without full engorgement, direct touch can be too intense, sharp, or uncomfortable. The kind of thing that makes her flinch. Start everywhere except where she expects think inside of her thighs with fingertips, light pressure and

Build Arousal Before Contact

SPEAKER_00

slow strokes toward her pelvis, stopping before you get there. Other examples are the crease where her thigh meets her body, her lower belly, her outer labia. Use long, slow strokes with your whole hand. All of this is driving blood toward her clitoris before you touch it. Every stroke toward her center is priming the pump. By the time you make contact, she's engorged, sensitive in the right way, and the first touch feels like a relief instead of an invasion. So how do you know she's ready? Her hips will start to shift toward your hand, her breathing is gonna change, she's gonna reach for your wrist. Those are signs that say, I'm ready. You can also use your words and ask her. Two to three minutes of this builds more arousal than most men create, and 10 minutes of direct stimulation. So make her want your hands before you give them to her. That's not patience, that's a skill you're building right now. Move number three is there are dozens of ways to touch her. You're probably only using one. And now I'm gonna give you my top five. Most partners touch her one way. There are dozens of techniques. I teach a whole library over on my OF with full visual demos. Today I'm sharing an overview of my top five, the ones that cover the widest range of sensation and give you enough range to read her body and respond. Let's start with circling, the one most partners know but they're doing wrong. You're gonna use the pad of your middle finger or your pointer finger, not the tip, the flat, soft pad. You're gonna place it just to the side of her clitoral

Five External Techniques That Work

SPEAKER_00

hood, circling it around it, not directly on the glands. Indirect through the hood is almost always better, especially early on. Stay slow and consistent and let her breathing tell you when to adjust. The next move is the figure eight. You're gonna trace the figure eight around and over her clitoris. This constantly varies the angle and pressure, which prevents nerve adaption. That's when one sensation stays consistent and her body stops registering. The figure eight keeps changing the input just enough to keep her climbing. The next move is called broadening. You're gonna use two, three, or four fingers spread slightly apart. You're gonna place it on either side of the clitoral shaft and pull them gently apart as you use a stroking motion, broadening the tissue while maintaining contact. This exposes more of the clitoral structure and creates deep spreading sensation that's completely different from direct pressure. Now let's talk about cupping. You're gonna place your whole palm over a frivolous. You're gonna maintain gentle, steady pressure and add light rhythmic pulsing. This is you providing warmth and weight. The clitoris extends internally in a wishbone shape along both sides. A full palm covers the whole structure, and gentle rhythm, pulsing with your palm, stimulates the entire clitoral complex all at once. And the fifth way you can touch her, I like to call the Hail Mary. Picture the sign of a cross, up, down, side, side. That's the motion. Your fingertip traces a cross over her clitoris. Vertical stroke, then horizontal stroke, repeat. I named it the Hail Mary because you are literally making the sign of the cross. And if you do it right, she might actually see God. It works because it hits every angle of the glands in rapid succession. Top, bottom, left, right. So nothing adapts and everything fires. Again, you can catch my demos over on my OF, and those are just the start. There's a whole lot more where that came from. You can find the links below. Now you don't have one move, you have five. The lover who can switch between them based on what they're feeling and hearing is the lover whose hands she won't stop thinking about. Move number four, we're going inside. We're talking about the internal map, and there's a spot inside that's deeper than the G spot. It changes everything. But before we go, here's something important. Internal stimulation happens after external warming up, not instead of, after. Her body needs to be aroused and ready before anything goes inside. And you'll know because you've been doing moves two and three, she's responsive and her body is pulling towards you. And when you move toward internal touch check-in, can I go inside you? Is this okay? Do you want this? Or look for clear signals. Her guiding your hands,

Going Inside With Consent

SPEAKER_00

opening wider, pressing into you. Consent lets her fully relax into what comes next. That's the point. And when you go inside, external stimulation does not stop. Your thumb, your palm, a toy stays on her clitoris the entire time. Never abandon external for internal. They work together. Now let's talk about the two spots on her front wall closest to her belly button that produce sensations too many women have never felt from a partner's hands. Let's start with the G spot. You're going to use one or two fingers, palm up about one to two inches in. You may be able to feel it because in some women, when fully aroused, it becomes spongier and it can feel textured or more rigid. And you'll find it on that front wall. It responds to focused, rhythmic pressure, anything from a light tapping or pulling to more of a come hither, gentle curl. So you're gonna press into the wall, release, press, release, same rhythm. Don't speed up when she responds. With her fingers curling, the heel of your palm naturally rocks against

Finding And Working The G Spot

SPEAKER_00

her external clitoris, internal and external, from one hand and one motion. That brings me to the A spot. This is the one nobody talks about. The anterior fornix erogenousone sits on the same front wall, but deeper, four to five inches thin and just in front of the cervix. It has a smoother texture than the G spot. Research found that stimulating this area produced rapid, natural lubrication and heightened arousal in the majority of women, including women who normally struggle with dryness. Some even experience orgasm from A-spot stimulation alone. The technique here is different. Instead of curling, use a gentle stroking motion with the pad of your finger sliding forward and back along the front wall,

The Deeper A Spot Explained

SPEAKER_00

petting, not pressing. The A-spot-like soft, repetitive touch. Most women have never had this spot deliberately stimulated. When you find it, the response is often immediate. She gets noticeably wetter, her breathing deepens, and her rousal accelerates in a way that surprises both of you. Make sure to keep external stimulation going with your thumb or your other hand. Remember, internal without external is half the equation. Move number five gives her something she literally can't give herself. We're going to go over the combination plus the finishing rule. Here's the thing about her own hands. She has two of them. She can use them to stimulate her clitoris or to work internally, but it's very difficult for her to do both at the same time with the kind of precision and sustained focus that you can when you dedicate both of yours to her body. And that gap gets even wider when you bring in a tool to handle one job so your hands can focus entirely on the other. Let me show you how this works. The first setup is two hands and no toy. Your dominant hand stays external, running whichever clitoral technique for move three she's responding to, whether that's circling, figure

SPEAKER_00

eight, or whatever is making her breathe harder. Your other hand goes inside of her with your fingers curling against her G spot or stroking her A spot with that gentle petting motion I described earlier. You now have got two independent rhythms happening in two different zones at the same time. And the sensations are layering on top of each other in a way that her own hand simply cannot replicate. The second setup is one hand inside her, plus a clitoral suction toy handling the external work. Something like the Womanizer Premium 2, next or enhance, uses air pulse technology to surround her clitoris without direct contact, and it gives her consistent external stimulation that doesn't fatigue the way a finger eventually does. That frees you up in a way that changes everything because now you can put your dominant hand inside her and give your full attention to what your fingers are feeling. You can feel every contraction, every shift in her body, every change in her breathing, and you can respond to all of it in real time because you're not splitting your focus between two jobs anymore. The toy is handling external and you're handling everything else. This setup lets you stimulate all three erogenous zones at the same time. Her clitoris is being taken care of by the toy. Your fingers are on her G spot, and if you angle deeper, you can reach the A spot too. That is the combination that will give her powerful blended orgasms, and you're delivering it because you're smart enough to let a tool take over one job so you could be fully present for the other. Now let's talk about the finishing rule because this is where most men get it wrong. When she starts to come, your default should be to change absolutely nothing. Not the pressure, not the speed, not the angle, and not the position of your fingers. The biggest mistake partners make during manual stimulation is that they sense she's approaching the edge, they get excited and they instinctively pick up or press harder. But her body was building on the exact pattern you established. And the second you break that pattern, she loses it. So you hold the rhythm and you hold the pressure. You stay through it and you do not pull away when she starts contracting. You let the whole thing complete fully. But here's

The Finishing Rule Stay Steady

SPEAKER_00

the caveat, and this one matters. If she tells you to do something different, you do it. If she says harder, you go harder. If she says faster, you go faster. If she grabs your wrist and physically moves your hand somewhere, you follow her lead. The default is don't change anything because that is what works for most women most of the time. But she is the authority on her own body, and whatever she asks for in that moment overrides everything I just told you. And if you hold through it and she doesn't redirect you, you can trigger a second wave. Her body resets for just a fraction of a second after the first one. And if the stimulation is still there, still consistent and still present, it starts climbing again immediately. That's a rolling orgasm from your hands. And most women have never had one. Not because their body can't do it, but because nobody ever stayed steady long enough to let it happen. Now she has. Get your hands ready. That's foreplay before they touch anything. Build the blood before you go for the target. Learn the techniques, start with five. Go inside and find the two spots most people don't know exist. Then put it all together and give her something she can't give herself. Five moves, your hands, nothing else. She doesn't need you to be experienced. She needs you to be intentional, prepared, and willing to learn. And that's what you just did. Now go practice. Let me know how it goes. Send me your thoughts, your comments, your questions.
