Do the sex. I'm Annette Benedetti, host of the podcast formerly known as Locker Room Talk and Shots. The show has a new name, Talk Sex with Annette. But at its core, this is still your locker room. It's where we strip away shame, get curious, and speak the unspoken about sex, kink, dating, pleasure, and desire. Around here, nothing's off limits. These are the kinds of conversations we save for our boldest group chats, our most trusted friends, and of course, the women's locker room. Think raw, honest, and sometimes unapologetically raunchy. If you've been here from the beginning, thank you. And if you're new, welcome to my podcast where desire meets disruption and pleasure becomes power. Now, let's talk about sex. Cheers. Right low. Today's talk sex with a net topic is three positions that actually help female orgasm. And I want to be clear from the start. This episode exists because my audience voted for it. Every week I run a poll on my YouTube channel where you get to help decide which how-to I'll cover next. If you want to say in my future topics, make sure you're subscribed there and on my e newsletter because that's where voting happens. Now let's get into it because most people don't struggle with orgasm for lack of effort. They struggle because they're using positions that work against arousal instead of with it. Today I'm breaking down three positions that support female orgasms by design, meaning they work with anatomy, nervous systems, and arousal patterns instead of rushing you straight to penetration, where you are often left pumping away and hoping for the best. This episode is for women, their partners, and anyone tired of feeling like orgasms are random or rare. But before we dive in, I want to remind you that I am over on OnlyFans, and there I'm sharing my intimacy how-tos, demos, and audio guided self-pleasure meditations, along with an opportunity to experience my coaching services. You can find me there and over on Substack doing a whole lot of the same. Scroll down to the notes section below, and you're going to find links everywhere you want to find me. I'm looking forward to seeing you there. Now, let's talk physicians. First, a reality check. Most women do not have orgasms from penetration alone. And that is not a flow. That's anatomy. The clitoris has over 8,000 nerve endings. Most of them are external or wrapping internally around the vaginal canal. So positions that ignore angle pacing, nervous system safety, and clitoral stimulation are often working uphill. These three positions do the opposite. Position number one is elevated missionary with intention. This is not your college missionary. In this position, she's going to lie on her back. You're going to elevate her hips with a pillow or a wedge, and the partner can be upright or bodies can be close, depending on what her nervous system prefers. And here's why this works: elevating the hips changes the internal angle, allowing for more consistent internal clitoral engagement, especially the G spot, without deeper, faster thrusting. If the partner stays more upright, this also creates visual stimulation. That's right. Seeing your partner above you, their face, their body, their desire, that can significantly increase arousal for many women. Add eye contact here, add sexy talk here, not porn lines. I'm talking about lines that create connection. Things like, you look so good like this, or I love watching you open beneath me, or stay right there. That combination of being seen, wanted deepens arousal fast. This position also gives easy, consistent access to the external clitoris. So she can stimulate it herself or her partner can use their fingers or a toy, a Pleasure AirTech, or a vibration toy. I highly recommend the Peach toy by Womanizer. It's a Pleasure AirTech toy that is my go-to favorite in this position because it's small and it fits easily between two bodies without interrupting the connection. I'll drop my link to the review and my discount code below in the show notes. But when you are in this position, don't solely focus on her genitals. You have two hands that can help. Sensual touch increases arousal when it moves through the body. So caress her chest, belly, hips, inner thighs. Slow, warm, intentional touch keeps the nervous system in yes mode, which is where orgasms happen. For an even more orgasm-forward version, slide into the quiddle alignment technique. Here's how you do that. The penetrating partner shifts slightly higher so the pelvis stays in consistent contact with the external clit. And instead of thrusting, you're going to rock back and forth or grind. This technique was literally developed to increase clitoral contact during penetration. Slow, steady rhythm beats fast intensity, and consistency builds orgasms. Here are the elevated missionary highlights to remember that will increase her odds of a climax tonight. Elevate the hips, but not the speed. Use eye contact plus sexy talk to increase her arousal. Touch her chest, her belly, and thighs before and during penetration. And remember, external clit stimulation belongs here. Elevate a missionary is not boring. It's strategic. Change the angle, stay shallow and hit the G spot. Add eye contact, add sexy talk, and give the clit consistent attention. That's how orgasms happen. Position two is cowgirl. I'm also going to throw in a variation. I have a full video on how to do cowgirl with confidence. But today we're using cowgirl specifically for female orgasm, not performance. In orgasm-focused cowgirl, she controls the pace and depth. The movement is grinding or rocking, not bouncing for show. And she stays connected to sensation, not trying to impress. Here's why it works: being on top gives her control over angle, rhythm, and pressure. Three of the biggest predictors of orgasm. Cowgirl also gives easy access to the external clip with her hand or her partner's hand or a toy without breaking the flow. Now, my top pick for this position is the Wee Vibe Melt 2. You can see it here if you're on my audio podcast. You can go to my YouTube podcast, and you can see its tip is angled to fit perfectly over her external clit. It delivers pleasure air tech, and it doesn't get in the way of two bodies coming together and making connection. And it delivers next level. Pleasure air tech. I promise you. I know I use it often. And like missionary, this position allows for eye contact, visual stimulation, kissing, an intimate touch across her chest, belly, and thighs. Remember, connection regulates the nervous system and regulation supports orgasm. So here is a pro tip in this position. Right when it starts to feel really good is when most people speed up. And that's often when arousal collapses. So slow down there instead. See what happens. Now I'm gonna throw in reverse cowgirl here because it's also a great position for female orgasm. Reverse cowgirl works best when it becomes grinding, not bouncing. Also, leaning forward slightly tilts the pelvis in a way many women find internally stimulating. It also allows her easy access to her external clip with hands or toys while keeping the rhythm steady. In either variation of cowgirl, here's what the partner on the bottom can do to be helpful and maximize her chances of having an orgasm. The best role here is being a stable base and support. First, stay still. You're gonna be tempted to start thrusting away. That's not the move if you want her to have an orgasm. Support her hips and thighs so it's not a workout for her. So you can just hold her up a little bit so she gets to rest and really focus on the pleasure she's receiving and let her lead. Use your voice, use encouragement, let her feel desired, not managed. So look, here are my cowgirl and reverse cowgirl highlights to remember that will increase her odds of having a climax tonight when you try the position. So put a pin in these. Grinding beats bouncing. Slow down a peak arousal and let the bottom partner support not control. And don't forget, hands and toys belong here. I'll drop my link to the melt below along with my discount. Cowgirl orgasms don't come from speed, they come from control, grinding, and staying slow when it feels really, really, really good. Finally, we're at position number three. It's the seated straddle. It's the intimacy first orgasm builder, I promise you. In this position, the penetrating partner is fully upright, sitting on the edge of a bed or a couch or on a sturdy chair. She is going to straddle them facing forward, chest to chest, thighs wrapped around their hips. Instead of riding up and down, the movement here is slow grinding and rocking, forward, back, and slightly circular. And here's why this works: her pelvis stays close, which keeps consistent contact with the external clip. That steady pressure is often far more orgasm-friendly than thrusting. This position also creates sustained eye contact, kissing, quiet, sexy talk, and full body sensual touch. Your hands can explore her chest, belly, thighs, and hips. And again, arousal builds when the whole body feels involved. This is super important to remember. We're not just focusing on the genitals. So you might be asking why would you choose this position instead of cowgirl? Choose cowgirl when she wants visual power and space. Choose straddle when she orgasms better with steady contract. Thrusting feels overstimulating. Intimacy helps her climax, or she needs nervous system safety to stay open. This is often ideal for long-term partners and women who struggle to orgasm with movement-heavy positions. So here are your seated straddle highlights to remember that will increase her odds of climax tonight when you try the position with her. Remember, think grind, not ride. Keep your pelvis connected. Let the seated partner stay stable and add clitoral stimulation without changing rhythm. If thrusting doesn't work for you, try seated straddle. Upright body, slow grinding, constant clitoral contact. That's why this one helps so many women orgasm. So this is your pleasure challenge for tonight or this week. Try one of these positions slowly.
