If you’ve ever “faked it” just to wrap things up faster — you’re not alone.
But what if your body could learn to create the kind of deep, full-body pleasure you’ve been pretending to have?

In this episode, I’ll show you how to train your pleasure rhythm — the real key to unlocking authentic, lasting orgasms. You’ll learn how rhythm shapes connection, syncs partners physically and emotionally, and helps your body respond naturally to real sensation.

I’m demonstrating it using the Kiiroo Fuse, a smart dual-stimulation vibrator with built-in touch sensors that respond to depth and pressure — helping you feel, not fake, your pleasure.

✨ You’ll learn:
 • Why rhythm is the secret to full-body pleasure
 • How to use breath and movement to deepen arousal
 • How to sync your rhythm with your partner (even long distance)
 • Why practicing with tech can make you better at real-life intimacy

This is about connection — not performance.
When you train your rhythm, you train your body to feel again.

SPEAKER_00:

I'm Annette Benedetti, host of the podcast formerly known as Locker Room Talk and Shots. The show has a new name, Talk Sex with Annette. But at its core, this is still your locker room. It's where we strip away shame, get curious, and speak the unspoken about sex, kink, dating, pleasure, and desire. Around here, nothing's off limits. These are the kinds of conversations we save for our boldest group chats, our most trusted friends, and of course, the women's locker room. Think raw, honest, and sometimes unapologetically raunchy. If you've been here from the beginning, thank you. And if you're new, welcome to my podcast where desire meets disruption and pleasure becomes power. Now, let's talk about sex. Cheers. Right low. Today's Talk Sex with a Net topic is how to stop faking it and start having deep full-body pleasure with this one practice. If you've ever faked a big O just to wrap things up faster, you're not alone. But what if you could actually train your body to have the kind of real full-body big O's you've been pretending to have? Most people think great intimacy is about stamina or technique, but the truth is unforgettable intimacy comes down to rhythm. Rhythm is how your body communicates. It's the pulse of pleasure, the tempo that says, I feel you. And it's something you can train. Today I'm going to show you how to practice your sexual or pleasure rhythm alone and with a partner using a smart dual stimulation vibrator called the Kiru Fuse. The Fuse is designed for women and Volva owners and uses built-in touch sensors to detect depth and pressure. As it moves deeper, the vibration intensity automatically increases, giving real-time feedback on how your body responds. Let me demonstrate, starting with just the tip. You can hear some nice light vibration. But as things get deeper and more intense, so does the vibration. Practice this and you'll notice one, you're gonna be able to control your arousal curve. We'll start talking about that in a minute. Two, your big O feels fuller and deeper. Three, you naturally move in sync with your partner. And number four, you're going to stop performing and start experiencing. By the end of this video, you're gonna know exactly how to achieve all of this. But before we dive in, I want to remind you that I am over on OnlyFans, and there you're gonna find my demos, how-to videos, and my audio guided self-pleasure meditations. Additionally, you're gonna have a chance to get some one-on-one coaching. If you aren't ready to dive into a full regimen of sex and intimacy coaching, you can go there and ask me your one-off questions. Now you can find me there and on Substack doing a whole lot of the same. On Substack, I am not doing my demos or, of course, my one-on-one coaching. But you can find me in both places with my handle at TalkSex within it. And of course, you can scroll down to the notes in this episode and you'll find links to anywhere you want to find me. I can't wait to see you there. But for now, let's learn how to stop faking it and start feeling it. Cheers. So let's start with why rhythm changes everything. When two people move in sync, their heart rate, breath, and even brain waves begin to align. It's called entrainment, the same mechanism that helps dancers fall into perfect timing. During intimacy, this synchronization activates your parasympathetic nervous system, the part that relaxes you, increases blood flow, and heightens sensitivity. Practicing rhythm trains your body to stay in that zone longer, which means more arousal, better lubrication, and a higher chance of reaching the big O without forcing it. The fuse's real-time vibration feedback helps you feel your natural tempo, how your body builds toward pleasure, plateaus, and peaks. The slower you move, the more your body wakes up. Now let's dive into practicing rhythm, solo and together with a partner. Step one is to tune your breath. This is a solo practice. Once you are warmed up from external stimulation, you insert the fuse. Then inhale as you draw the fuse back out of you. And exhale as you press it in. The deeper you go, the stronger the vibration, as I showed you earlier. That's your cue to stay intentional, not mechanical. Practice sinking your breath and movement for one minute. If your breath catches or you start to tighten, pause, and reset. This strengthens interception, your ability to feel what's happening inside your body, which is key to orgasmic control and body confidence. Your rhythm starts with your breath. Here's a little fun fact: the fuse has two separate motors, one for the shaft and one for the clit. When the clit stem arm on the fuse makes contact with your body, the vibration intensity gets more intense. So if you haven't yet mastered finding or stimulating your G spot or your A spot for pleasure, the Fuse will help you stay fully aroused with external stimulation. Check out my A Spot and G Spot how-tos and demos on YouTube and on My OnlyFans to learn these techniques. Because of course, mastering your G Spot and A spot stimulation is going to give you fuller, deeper big O's all around. Step two to learning and training your pleasure rhythm is learning how to mirror and amplify. This is for partnered practice or long distance practice. Once you've learned your rhythm, it's time to share it. Keep exploring how subtle changes in depth and pressure affect your arousal. Go deeper, then pause. Let your body decide what feels right. This is how you memorize your pleasure pattern. Now, when you bring your partner in, let them use the fuse on you. Guide them with your words, your hips, your breath. Tell them when to press deeper, when to slow down. The fuse's sensors respond to their motion, teaching both of you what your body loves in real time. For long distance play, you can sync your fuse with your partner's compatible Kiro toy through the app. When you move, they feel it. When they move, you feel it. It's not just play, it's a feedback loop that builds intuition, trust, and connection. Show them your rhythm, then let them learn it. Step number three is master the pause. We're talking control and build. Rhythm isn't just about motion, it's about stillness. Use the fuse to build intensity. Then pause. Feel the vibration fade as you pull back. That stillness trains your pelvic floor to hold arousal instead of rushing it. Neuroscience shows that alternating stimulation and rest strengthens the link between your body's pleasure centers and your brain's control systems, giving you mastery over your orgasm instead of chasing it. Stillness is power. So now let's take this from practice to real play. We're gonna apply what you've learned without the toy because ultimately it can be really fun and sexy to have just skin-on-skin play that gets you where you've always wanted to go. The fuse is your teacher, but the real lesson is what your body learns. When you're with a partner, bring that same awareness to touch, steady breath, consistent rhythm, and conscious depth. Imagine the sensors are still there. This time it's your partner's breath and body giving you the feedback. If they start to mirror your rhythm, you're in sync. If their breath catches, you're in the right zone. If they tense, slow down and guide them back with your movement. Take their hand, show them the motion your body loves. Let your hips and breath lead instead of following. And if your partner's the one who used the fuse on you, they've already seen how your body reacts. They've learned your language of pleasure. The rhythm you train with the fuse becomes instinct in real life. It turns sex from performance into connection. What you practice with tech becomes instinct in touch. So why does practice make you a better lover? Practicing rhythm isn't mechanical, it's mastery. The fuse helps you understand how your arousal rises, holds, and deepens. Once you know your body's pattern, you can guide any partner to meet you there without words and without pretending. You stop faking big O's because you finally know how to create them. You don't need the toy to move in rhythm anymore. You are the rhythm. Pleasure is a skill. Rhythm is your practice. So tonight, take five minutes to explore your rhythm. Practice alone with the fuse to find your natural tempo. Then if you have a partner, guide them through it once. Let them feel what real connection sounds like. Next time you're together without the toy, trust your body. You'll notice you're not acting at pleasure. You're living it. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. To find out more about the fuse, you can click the link in the show notes of this episode. It's going to take you where you need to find out everything you want to know about the toy.
