None of us want that. You've been told it's just bad genetics. Or that you need numbing sprays, distraction tricks or pills. And here's the issue None of those actually fix the problem. They just mask it, which means you stay stuck in the same cycle you enter her, you pump fast and it's over before either of you are ready. That's the problem we're fixing today, because the truth is, stamina isn't something you're born with. It's something you can train into your body. And the good news you don't need to spend months meditating or squeezing a magic ring around your cock. Speaker 1:So now let's dive into how you're going to start lasting longer when you're in bed with your partner. Tonight. Cheers, we are going to start with the science of control. So here's what research tells us. Your nervous system is the gatekeeper. Fast, repetitive thrusting sends your sympathetic nervous system fight or flight into overdrive and that's why your heart races and your orgasm rockets forward.
Speaker 1:To last longer, you have to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and digest mode that slows arousal and keeps your erection strong. Your pelvic floor is your hidden control switch. Muscles like the bulbous spongiosis and the PC muscles control ejaculation reflexes. Strengthening and learning to pulse these muscles gives you a built-in pause button. Most men and people with penises never use Dopamine and anticipation are performance enhancers. When you interrupt the script and build suspense, her dopamine spikes and that makes her wetter and more responsive For you. Switching the rhythm lowers overstimulation so you can go again and again, and again, and don't. We all want that when we're having really amazing intimacy, lasting longer isn't a bad distraction. It's about hacking your nervous system so you can stay in control while becoming unforgettable in her bed and her brain.

For her, you're aligning with her clitoral network what research calls the quittle alignment technique, which increases her chances of orgasm. Finally, you're going to layer it.
Speaker 1:I've talked a lot about layering in my intimacy how-to videos. You're going to want to go back and watch all of those videos or listen to them to really understand what layering is. But you're going to layer it, so you're going to sync your circles with her breath. Every exhale, grind deeper. Every inhale, slow down. Grinding isn't lazy sex, it's a science-backed way to last longer while hitting her clit at the same time.
Speaker 1:So the second move I'm going to teach you is called the edge and tease reset. When you feel yourself building too fast, pull almost all the way out, hold, press your hips against her and tease with just your tip, maybe rub along her fold, breathe, let her squirm. This is going to feel amazing to her and it's going to give you a moment, a moment to reset. Here's why it works. You're stepping off the gas, you're giving your nervous system time to reset and for her, the anticipation spikes. Dopamine and science shows delayed gratification triggers more intense orgasms. We all love that. Once again, we are going to layer this move, so we're going to pair the tease with whispering exactly what you're about to do when you slide back in Language or Second language or sex talk plus touch recruits more neural pathways. Edging isn't just for you, it's foreplay that makes her wetter while you take control of your orgasm.
Speaker 1:And finally, the third move I'm going to teach you is called the root lock pulse Instead of holding your breath or clenching your abs.
