Today's Masturbation Monday topic is 10 ways that prostate play can not only improve your health but improve your intimate life and, down the line, it may even help save your life. Now let's dive in to prostate play and how it can vastly improve your health and intimate life. Now I know, when it comes to prostate play and stuff that has to do with the butt. This can be a very sensitive area of discussion. For men, it can conjure feelings of questioning one's sexuality or having someone else question your sexuality if you give it a try, or even more so if you enjoy it. But I guarantee you that that view of prostate play is outdated and it is only hurting you and withholding you from not only experiencing elevated levels of pleasure and intimacy, but also incredible health benefits that can add not only to your abilities to perform in bed, but also longevity the longevity and quality of life you have over time. So let's get ready to dive into the 10 benefits and, of course, I'm going to throw in some activities for you to try and some fun facts about prostate play. Grab a glass of water, some wine, a cocktail, perhaps a shot of whiskey to help you loosen up and open your mind as we dive in to prostate play. Okay, let's get started. Cheers. Okay, let's just dive right in.
Speaker 1:The number one benefit that prostate play has to offer the person with a prostate is heightened pleasure and orgasmic intensity that can not be achieved any other way. Now, the prostate is often referred to as the male G-spot. It is deeply connected to a man's pleasure center, and so when it is touched, massaged, stimulated, it can provide orgasms that just cannot be achieved by external stimulation alone. So by sharing this with your partner, you are bound to have more explosive and enjoyable orgasms with your partner or with yourself. If you are solo at this point in time. Here is my exercise.
Speaker 1:For newbies to prostate play, not ready to dive in? That's okay. You can start tapping in to the pleasure of the prostate by starting with external massage. So how you're going to start is by applying pressure gently to the area between the anus and the scrotum it's known as the perineum. You are going to experiment with touch and massage there, and whatever you find enjoyable is going to be very similar to what's going to feel good to you once you find your prostate. So start there, start massaging there, and that is the kind of touch that you're going to use when you're eventually more comfortable with internal stimulation. But if you're a newbie, you can start externally and just get used to a sensation near the anus and the prostate in a different area that's external. That's our starting point.

That's right If you have a hard time lasting exploring your prostate, and prostate play is going to help you gain control over your orgasm. Prostate play helps with delayed ejaculation. If you're someone who wants to last longer, learning to stimulate your prostate can help you gain more control over when you climax. It's all about training your body to be more aware of its responses and with a little practice soon you'll be able to prolong pleasure, not only for yourself but for your partner. Speaker 1:The fourth benefit that prostate stimulation offers you is better prostate health. I mean, it seems obvious, but it isn't to many people, and prostate health is so important for men. Studies show that prostate stimulation increases blood flow to the prostate, which lowers the risk of many, many prostate problems down the road. It may also lower the risk of prostatitis and other prostate issues that occur oftentimes as you age. So not only does prostate play feel good, it's also something that can help you maintain your health, that can be integrated into your health routine on a regular basis. Fun fact, research has shown that prostate massage has been used medically to relieve symptoms of prostate related issues and performance issues. So it's not just about the pleasure or the health, it's about both, and doctors are well aware. If they can do it in the doctor's office, you can do it at home.

Speaker 1:The sixth benefit that prostate stimulation offers is a deeper connection with your partner. Let's talk connection. Prostate stimulation with your partner can forge a deeper, closer stimulation with your partner can forge a deeper, closer, more intimate and fulfilling connection with your partner. It requires trust, it requires vulnerability and it requires communication, clear communication and consent. When you explore with your partner for intimate reasons, for pleasurable reasons and for health reasons, it feels like you're in it together. It builds a sense of teamwork, if you will, and team play, which is even better, and this is going to lead to a stronger, better connection in your intimate life and your out-of-bed life as well. A great exercise to go along with this is a check-in exercise that you're going to do with your partner, both during check-in regular intimacy or sex and during prostate stimulation exploration. During intimacy. You are going to take breaks throughout and you're going to check in. You're going to share how you're feeling, the sensations that are coming up, if there's something that's really working or something that you're like eh, eh, I didn't love that and that's going to carry over into your exploration around your prostate stimulation. This is going to help you guys understand each other better and it's going to make it easier to communicate during prostate stimulation. Building that connection, building that intimacy. I love this exercise.
Speaker 1:The seventh benefit that prostate stimulation offers is stress relief. If you are a guy who is super stressed out all the time, I know this sounds counterintuitive to you, but prostate stimulation is proven to lower your anxiety and stress. Intimacy of any kind helps reduce levels of cortisol, which is the body's primary stress hormone, and it is bad for you in so many different ways. But the act of prostate stimulation, especially when it leads to orgasm, can also trigger the release of endorphins, those feel-good chemicals. It's a natural high which we all love and it also makes you feel more relaxed and at ease after prostate play this is medically backed information, folks. So a great exercise for starting prostate play is, to A start slow, and then experiment with different positions. You can try laying on your side or off floors. As you practice, focus on what feels best to you and make sure you're communicating with your partner. Communication is going to be key here.
Speaker 1:The ninth benefit that prostate play offers is a boosted sense of self-confidence. I know this might surprise you, but it's true. Sexual exploration and being open to new experiences not only expands your sexual awareness, but it also strengthens your sense of self. When you know what your body enjoys and how to bring it pleasure, you become more empowered and you feel more confident in sexual situations. Also, by learning how to explore your own arousal and satisfaction, you will learn a lot about how to do the same for your partner, and this is going to make you a better lover and it's going to bring confidence to how you explore with your partner when they decide they want to explore something like G-spot and A-spot stimulation.
Speaker 1:A great exercise to incorporate into your journey with prostate stimulation is journaling. Make sure that every time you explore your prostate, you take a moment to just jot down some notes, or do a full diary entry, if you feel like it, about what it felt like. It's a great way to get comfortable with and to get to know your own pleasure Again. We're not just talking about the prostate anymore, we're not just talking about your performance in bed, which I would argue has to do with health. Consistent prostate stimulation enhances blood flow. It not only improves the health of your prostate, it improves the health of your whole organ, the whole penis. It will give you stronger erections. It will keep your dick in tip top shape. Also, that endorphin drop and all of the feel good hormones, the lowered cortisol those are going to contribute to overall better health. You are improving blood flow. It's great for your heart, you are improving your sense of well-being, you are lowering your stress, you're going to sleep better. So in general, you're going to be a happier, healthier human being in and out of the bed. Fun fact and this is a great one to end on is that many studies show that men who engage in regular, consistent prostate stimulation avoid erectile dysfunction issues down the road. They are also less likely to get prostate cancer and tend to be overall healthier. So if that's not motivation for you, I don't know what is.
